Yes, we ship to almost all of Europe and beyond.
You can find the list of 29 countries in the "delivery address" section when you place an order or at the bottom of each page of our website.

For professionals, orders are shipped internationally.

We process all orders within 24 hours.

The delivery time depends on each luminaire/brand and the manufacturing process, you will find this information on each product page.

We mainly collaborate with GLS and UPS. And we pay special attention to ensuring that packages are delivered with care.

We do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. But if you wish to return an order, we would be happy to help you. Just send us an email (contact@lalumiere-paris.com) and we will guide you through the procedure to follow.

The delivery process depends on each luminaire/brand, here are our two methods:
- we have a warehouse in Paris, from which the products are shipped
- our products are stored directly at the supplier and are shipped from the manufacturer's storage factory

Our premises are located in France.
Our suppliers are based in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

- If you have created an account, you will find the tracking of your order on your account interface under "my orders"

- If you have not created an account, you will receive an email containing the tracking of your order as soon as your order is shipped

To cancel your order, simply send us an email to inform us of this, we will cancel it and refund you as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped. It will not be possible to cancel the order if it has been shipped.

Contact us as soon as possible by sending us photos of the damages.
Following this, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund of the order.

Yes, all our lighting fixtures are guaranteed for at least 2 years. This applies only to the structures.
The warranty does not apply to damage that may be caused by a third party.
It also does not apply to accessories (LEDs, bulbs), nor to installation and connections.

Our lighting fixtures are made from various materials. We strive to choose the best possible quality for each of them.
We mainly use: brass, (stainless) steel, aluminum, copper, glass, wood, ABS, etc.

All lighting fixtures comply with CE standards. A large part of our collection is also certified to all international standards.

Attention! Not all light fixtures are suitable for wet rooms, please ensure that the fixture has the minimum required protection based on its location. Volume concepts must be respected (I, II, and III) in wet rooms. Please take note of this regulation. Find water-resistant light fixtures in the "bathroom" and "outdoor" categories.
