Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay any penalties. You must then ship your return within 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@la-lumiere.shop. Once your return is received and validated, we will proceed with a full refund of your order (including the initial standard delivery fees) within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of our error or non-compliant product.
Return Policy
We offer our customers who wish to return a product within the legal withdrawal period a full refund or the issuance of a credit note credited to the buyer’s account.
Within 14 days, you can return your item to us, provided that it is:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition,
- Complete with its original packaging intact.
- Any return made without prior notification of withdrawal will be refused and will not result in any refund.
After return validation, a refund or credit corresponding to the value of the returned item may be applied to a future order.

A proof of purchase is required for any return.
Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Special Cases
Any damaged, incomplete item or showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.
No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days after delivery.
Sale or Promotional Items
Items at regular price can be returned within 14 days for a full refund subject to the return policy conditions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item will be issued in case of return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the order was addressed to the original buyer, the refund or credit will be made directly to that person.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for returns in case of defective or non-compliant products.
If you ship an item valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance for the shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
