  • the email address used when placing the order
  • your order number

  • the date you received your order, if known

After submitting your request

Once your request has been sent, an acknowledgment of receipt will be emailed to you.
This email only confirms that your withdrawal request has been received.

After verifying the information provided, our customer service will send you the applicable return instructions: return address, deadline, packaging conditions, and refund procedures.

Returned products must be complete, undamaged, and, whenever possible, sent back in their original packaging or in packaging that protects them during transport.

Products that may be excluded from the right of withdrawal

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, especially when they are personalized, made to customer specifications, or subject to a legal exception.
